I have not taught a class before, so I do not have experience facilitating a course overview and classmate intro in a face-to-face or online environment. I have been in both face-to-face and online environments throughout my college career and have enjoyed the online platform for this type of activity. In previous classes I have attended, I liked when the professor would ask for classmates to upload a photo that "describes them" or of their "happy place" into a discussion board and require students to interact on at least two of their classmates posts.
