I hope you are enjoying the nice summer weather we are having and the break in traffic between Cherry Festival and the Film Festival!
First, thank you for all of your positive communications along the journey, even though we know many of you are balancing many other items on your plate! Your students are going to respond to that as well.
Between now and the start of the academic year, we are happy to meet with you to make sure you are getting what you need to feel prepared. We also have an instructor workstation available during normal business hours if you want to work independently but where face to face support is immediately available. It is up to you if you want to have feedback on individual pieces of what you've learned along the way, or if you want to wait and do the whole capstone at once.
We have a few other support options available, including our day-long open lab "cram sessions" August 6 & 12.
Also, you may want to sign up to be a part of our group showcase presentations for those who are developing new courses or who won the OER grant and revamped their teaching. It is always inspiring to hear how others approach teaching and learning across different disciplines.
Once the semester starts, we are still happy to help and support you in any way as needs arise:)
