Susan,

I apologize on behalf of NMC for your problems. Unfortunately, we had no
other choice but to make this switch during spring break. We didn't
anticipate any problems except for a few hours downtime. We have everything
backed up as of March 28, early in the am. The expectation was that no one
would be submitting assignments that time.

However, due to the extra time to get the transfer done, we realize that if
someone submitted assignments between the time of back up and when it came
back online, that there may be a few things missing.

To help us resolve this, can you please share with us what specifically is
missing, along as the class and instructor?

We will do our best to help resolve this. I will personally talk to your
instructor as well.
