Hello my name is Thomas Stiles. I've been cooking professionally for the past 25 years. I'm a graduate of Secchia Institute for Culinary Education in Grand Rapids, MI. Upon graduation I packed my bags and left for Maui, Hawaii with aspirations of studying Pacific Rim Cuisine. The Hospitality/Culinary Industry has provided me with many amazing opportunities. I've worked at the prestigious Tapawingo Restaurant in Ellsworth, MI in the early 2000's. I've been a private Chef for a family, Catered large private events, taught Culinary/Baking at Baker College in Muskegon , and worked in several other fine dining restaurants. In my spare time I enjoy fishing, traveling, sporting events, concerts and spending time with family.
